If you are running Office 2016, Office 2019, or Office 365 then you can download the ThoughtRiver Word add-in through the Office Store in MS Word.

Alternatively, Office 365 users with Microsoft accounts can also download the add-in though the Microsoft AppSource website. There is also a 3rd method for IT departments to roll out to employees via the 365 Admin Centre

Whether you have access to download Add-ins from the Office Store or Microsoft AppSource will be subject to your organization's security settings.

If you find you do not have access to install the Add-in yourself, please share Installing the Word Add-In for your Organization and Users with your IT department so they can select from the Microsoft provided solutions for managing Add-in access.
