The default setting of the dashboard displays root properties in columns for each theme  in the contract list. To view and compare assessments for properties you are most interested in, use the theme and property filters.  


Filter Properties by Theme

  1. Click Theme dropdown.
  2. Select one or more themes using the checkboxes.
  3. Click Apply.

 

You can now see the property tree for selected themes, ordered from parent property to child property. The contract & property table shows properties selected for these themes in columns. The default setting of the dashboard shows all root properties for selected themes in the contract & property table.

 

Applying Property Filters

  1. Click on a property in the property tree.
  2. In the menu that pops up, click on Add to add selected property to the contract & property table. Alternatively, click on Remove in the menu to deselect an already selected property. 


Add or Remove Multiple Properties At Once

Option 1

  1. Click on one of the properties on the property tree that you want to add to the contract & property list.

  2. Ctrl + Click on the second property you want to add. To add a third property, Ctrl + Click again, and so on.
  3. Once you have selected all required properties, click on Add in the menu that pops up alongside. This will add all selected properties to the main table in one go. Alternatively to remove these from table, click on Remove in the pop-up menu.

 

Option 2

  1. Click on the first property in a group of properties on the property tree that you want to select.
  2. Shift + Click on the last property that you are interested in. This should select the entire group of properties between the first and last property that you have selected.
  3. In the menu that pops up, click on Add to add all selected properties to the contract & property table in one go. Alternatively to remove these from table, click on Remove in the pop-up menu.

 


PRO TIP

Seeing a property in the main table that you hadn't selected? This may be due to pre-selected root properties in the default dashboard setting when you load the dashboard. Locate the unwanted property in the property tree, then select to remove it.
