You must be an active registered user on your company's account in order to create a new negotiation.


Creating a New Negotiation Online

Creating a new negotiation from the browser is super easy. Simply login to your company's ThoughtRiver account and follow these steps from the homepage:

  1. Click + New Negotiation
  2. Click Select Document(s) or drag and drop your contract file(s) to the upload area
  3. Choose if your contract was Received by the counter party, Drafted internally, or is already Signed
  4. Select the Deal Type most closely describes your contract
  5. Assign an Owner
  6. Assign at least one Reviewer
  7. Click Add New Negotiation


You're all set! ThoughtRiver will keep you updated on the progress of receiving and completing our analysis of your contract with system notifications and a progress bar on the table.
