You must be an active registered user on your company's account in order to create a new negotiation.


Adding a new contract for negotiation from the browser is super easy. Simply log in to your company's ThoughtRiver account and follow these steps from the homepage:

  1. Click + New Negotiation
  2. Select the Deal Type most closely describes your contract
  3. Click Select Document(s) or drag and drop your contract file(s) to the upload area
  4. Confirm or correct the parties identified by the system. 
  5. Click Review


You're all set! ThoughtRiver will keep you updated on the progress of receiving and completing our analysis of your contract with system notifications and a progress bar on the table.
